If you can, I would definitely recommend 1 on 1 sessions just because I feel there were some things I may not have shared with other people being there despite all intentions to. Erika’s house is beautiful and provides a warm, cosy and amazing smelling retreat during each session. Every time we left we were so relaxed. “I highly recommend Hypnobirthing with Erika. I’ll be honest I didn’t really know what to expect as I was recommended to do it to help with relaxation techniques during birth. Well…it has opened my eyes hugely and taught me so much. Some of the things seemed so obvious, but I had no idea. Her calmness, understanding, knowledge and such caring personality made the four week course such an incredible journey. I am genuinely gutted we have now finished but I feel I have been given some great tools to use during birth and I actually understand a lot more of what is ahead and what my choices are.
